Rand Underwood is chief executive officer and president of Controls International, Inc. He became Control’s CEO in 2008, succeeding the Company's founder and current chairman of the board, Fred Underwood.
Prior to his position as CEO/President, Underwood served as CII’s executive vice president for Sales, and held a variety of leadership positions across the company.
Underwood holds a bachelors degree in Finance, from the University of Texas, Austin
Ed is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Controls International, Inc. He joined the Management Team as CFO in 1994.
Prior to joining the CII Management Team, Watkins served 5 years as CFO of a local Real Estate Company, and 9 years in Public Accounting as an Audit and Tax Manager.
Watkins is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
Bob Irish is President and Chief Operating Officer of Controls International, Inc. He became COO in 2004 and was named President in January of 2009.
Prior to his position as COO/President, Irish was managing partner of Dynamic Results, Inc. a management consulting and CEO coaching firm he co-founded. He holds degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and SMU.
Dick Scholtz is Executive Vice President - Business Development of Type K Damper Drives. Since 1991 Dick has continued to help drive innovation for CII and the products.
Dick pioneered the Type K program in 1991. He was responsible for creating the global network of Manufacturer’s Representatives for the company.
Dick is an alumni of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology.
