Type K Rotary + Linear Damper Drives
Type K is a customer-driven manufacturing company! Our damper drives are used to control the position of dampers, which are used to regulate the flow of combustion air, flue gas and other process gases.
The product offering includes rotary damper drives with a wide range of torques from 90 to 10,416 FT / LBs and linear damper drives for all reasonable thrust requirements. Both the rotary and linear products include controls for conventional systems, bus-network systems and may be retrofit with wireless controls in the future.
Type K was the originator of the “Drop-In-Place” retrofit concept, individually engineered for each application, to simplify the installation process.
